Story time has a new customer...

The other night I had to work Late at one of the rentals...
Daddy took both boys, when i got home he told me that Hudson read books with them when he put Mason to sleep. Usually I am holding or feeding Huddy in my arms during story time, so I assumed he meant he was lying on the big furry rug...well no actually. I took this last night when Michael showed me that Huddy actually sits up like them and reads all the books now! CAN YOU BELIEVE this... my baby is growing so quickly its a bit of a bitter sweet thing for me to gaze as this picture... its my whole heart, right there....can we stop time?

This is my new big bridge, I enjoy standing, sitting and laying down on it. I throw all the rocks I can find in the stream below, the bigger the better I usually need about 40 minutes out here until I will come inside. Mom is thinking about getting a chair to sit in now that she realizes I wont jump in and I heard dad talking about buying more rocks as I have used them all up, at least the good ones.

ps. The little bridge is nice too, especially when my ladies are over, they seem to love it too!

pss.Today I saw a muskrat swimming up the stream and I squeeled and put my hand over my mouth and pointed.

Today we are moving...
but its just down the street...
the only problem is that you still have to pack everything:)
Siser Andrea came to help with Inanna and Judey...they are
so much help and doing great! We close at 10am and movers
come at 1pm.
We will send pics soon of the new place.
It will be an adjustment for Mason, but we think
it will be fun! Currently our closed neighbor is a field of
loud cows. Mason has been working on his "moo" its pretty
good, very emphatic...his "Moooooo" means business!
We will miss this house, we loved it.
and as Tasha put it recently when she moved
house "I really did love you."

He and Huddy shared a weekend in paradise...er, ok...Santa Barbara with their mommies.
Tenison and Mommy and daddy now live in Carmel. We have so much fun when we get together that we plan go go again soon....husbands, what husbands! Its all about the babies, long lunches with wine, girl time and shopping!

Generational Girl Fun!

The warm weather brings lots of blessings...
one of my favorites is extended family and friends. Today we celebrated summer with Christy's grandmum "Nenna" from Florida who
is so great, sharp as a tack and as warm and real as the sun...she loves to tickle Huddy's feet and make him smile, I vote for 91 more years! I especially love to see all the generations Neena, Christy and Joci...I am proud of how loving Christy is as she balances her world and takes care of her grandmom and daughter...she is a good egg!

Then we had Jo, KJ's mum from Steamboat, I love Jo...she is pure farm girl, free spirit fun. I fell in love with KJ as my best neighbor long ago...they are just my people...can't explain more...it just is. JO sang to Huddy the sweetest little song about lips like a rose that choked me up a bit. Talk about American Idol. Kensie is just about the cutest little nymph with her laugh and smile. yum!

Lara from England brought along little Bella and with them some of the biggest smiles for Mason. We cherish our family play times, girl times and feel complete when they are in town. Lara thinks that Bella looks nothing like her...but she does, inside and out she is independent,
beautiful and she also has that spark in her eye and smile.

And our long lost Harv came too, never seen her look so happy and so beautiful, I miss her now so much since she moved...but i love to see her reach for her dreams! I cant wait for the day to come when I can hold her babies!

Lisa sent her hubby Jim along in her place to the Ladies luncheon, but then again she had to so we could have our Little Tess with us. Jim Gute is the ONLY man I know that is man enough to not notice he is in the company of 8 woman. He is just adorable!

I have always wanted a daughter, always...i think EVERYONE who knows me knows that...but i have to say that my two lover boys are the best and i learn a lot from the challange to be a good "boy" mom...but when i need my girl fix i am proud to have the cutest, sweetest and smartest little girls around within reach!

I know why I love my girl friends... because they are all so strong and so fragile.... different yet the same...they are wonderful women, raising wonderful women and from wonderful women.

Getting bigger every day,
almost 5 months old.
happiest lil' guy you'll ever meet. He has a smile for all he greets!
Not much hair, giggles a lot...loves his brother who he thinks is hilarious....
loves his daddy and of course he loves his momma aka milk truck!
He loves bike rides, bumpo seat and his little blankey with a lamb on it.
We go everywhere together and
he is an absolute joy...the second time around
having a baby is so different. I am so much more
relaxed....its making everyone have a lot more fun!
